Returns, warranty and repair

To send back any device you need a ticket number. This is in any necessary for whatever reason you want to send back a product: as a return or as a warranty or not warranty repair. To get a ticket number you have to use our Helpdesk system, call up the application and indicate all the required information and the reason for the return. You will get then an email with the required ticket number. To send back units received using the advanced replacement procedure you need just to use the ticket number indicated in the delivery paper sent with the replacement unit. You can access any time the Helpdesk to follow up the status of you repair order.
Returns WITHOUT a ticket number will be not accepted and sent back to the customer at its own costs!
